Russia’s Ministry of Finance issued a statement on Monday stating that with the recovery of oil prices, Russia set July’s crude oil and fuel oil export tariffs at US$37.8/ton, which is more than four times the US$8.3/ton in June; Calculated at 7.33 barrels, it is equivalent to Russia’s July export tariff of crude oil and refining oil of 5.16 US dollars per barrel.
