The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority has agreed to Equinor to use TransoceanNorge for plugging, drilling, completion Mikkel (PL 121) and Tyrihans (PL 073), and exploration drilling for the 6407/1-A-3BH/CH oil well.
Transocean Norge is MMCS60 semi-submersible equipment. The facility was built by Sembcorp Marine at Jurong Shipyard (JSPL) in Singapore from 2012 to 2016.
