Ethiopia Starts Filling Disputed River Nile Dam

Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan have agreed to resume talks over a disputed hydroelectric dam that Ethiopia is filling on the River Nile. Negotiations over the Grand Renaissance Dam have gone on for almost a decade.
