As part of its focus on low carbon energy, BP has joined the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
Launched last month, the alliance brings together industry, national and local public authorities, civil society and other stakeholders, and is strongly anchored in the hydrogen value chain, covering renewable and low-carbon hydrogen.
“The alliance will see us work alongside organisations, support the European Commission to develop a clean and globally competitive hydrogen industry in Europe,” BP said.
As of 5th June, more than 90 CEOs of Hydrogen Europe members had signed a letter in support of the EU Commission’s Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
