Brazilian renewables developer AES Tiete has formed a joint venture with Unipar to develop a 155MW wind farm in Brazil.
The project, which will be located in the Bahia region, has also already sold 60MW of the output.
The deal will come into force in 2023, AES Tiete said.
A total of R$620m (€99m) will be invested to build the project, the company added.
