It is understood that the National Energy Group Longyuan South Africa DeA Wind Power Project was completed and put into operation in 2017. It is China's first wind power project in Africa that integrates investment, construction, and operation. It can supply about 7.6 stable clean power to the local area every year. 100 million kWh is equivalent to saving 218,800 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions of 619,900 tons, meeting the electricity demand of 300,000 local residents, effectively optimizing the local energy structure, and promoting clean and low-carbon development.
