Chinese-Made Electric Buses put into Operation in the Colombian Capital

On the 26th, 120 electric buses manufactured by BYD of China were put into use in Bogotá, the capital of Colombia, to improve the travel conditions of local residents and create hundreds of jobs in driving, logistics, and maintenance.

Bogota Mayor Claudia Lopez said at the previous delivery ceremony that after counting these 120 buses, the scale of electric buses in Bogota will be second only to Chile's capital Santiago in Latin America. The Bogota City Government plans to further expand the scale of electric buses in the future.
