According to my country’s customs statistics, in November, my country’s imports of lithium-ion batteries were US$327 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.55%; the number of imports was 140,713,300, a year-on-year increase of 21.02%.
In the first 11 months, my country’s cumulative imports of lithium-ion batteries were US$3.240 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 4.61%; the number of imports was 1,28,343,500 pieces, a year-on-year decrease of 2.95%.
In terms of market, in the first 11 months, the top ten countries/regions in my country’s lithium-ion battery imports were South Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Germany, Singapore, the United States, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Hungary, which together accounted for my country’s imports of this product 81.27% of the amount.
In the first 11 months, South Korea was the most important market for my country's lithium-ion battery imports, with an import value of US$823 million, a year-on-year increase of 0.60%. In the month of November, imports amounted to US$71 million, a year-on-year increase of 7.25%.
