The ROSEN Group has joined the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.
Announcing its membership yesterday (8th Jan), the Switzerland-based solutions provider said it will support engaged stakeholders of the alliance in managing the safe introduction of hydrogen into Europe’s transmission and distribution network.
The ROSEN Group will further contribute a holistic hydrogen integrity framework to the alliance to provide a roadmap for the safe and efficient conversion of existing gas infrastructure to hydrogen in order to extend the lifetime of valuable assets into a carbon neutral future.
Launched in July 2020, alongside the EU Hydrogen Strategy, the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance brings together leading industrial companies as well as representatives from politics and civil society.
It is strongly anchored in the hydrogen value chain, covering renewable and low-carbon hydrogen from production via transmission to mobility, industry, energy, and heating applications.
The Alliance aims to support the scaling up of production and demand for renewable and low-carbon hydrogen, coordinate action, and provide a broad forum to engage civil society.
