After scheduled tasks were performed, the first unit of the Belarusian nuclear power plant was reconnected to the power grid at 14:42 on 31 March. The reactor's output is being raised to nominal levels, the Belarusian Energy Ministry said. Scheduled tasks and tests of the first unit will continue in line with the pilot commercial operation stage program. Preparations for an integrated trial of the reactor unit at nominal power levels have begun. Specialists are expected to start this work in mid-April, the source noted.
