BYD New Energy Vehicle Sales Increases Again in June

On July 5, BYD released the production and sales bulletin in June 2021.  The total vehicles output was 51,152 , a year-on-year increase of 53.20%; the vehicles sales totaled 51015 , a year-on-year increase of 51.27%. Among them, the output of new energy vehicles was 42,551, a year-on-year increase of 206.94%; the sales volume was 41,366, a year-on-year increase of 192.03%.

As of June 2021, BYD’s cumulative production was 253,865, a year-on-year increase of 60.12%; cumulative sales were 246,689, a year-on-year increase of 55.51%. Among them, the cumulative production of new energy vehicles was 157,193, a year-on-year increase of 159.07%; the cumulative sales volume was 1,54579, a year-on-year increase of 154.76%.
