Video: China Ready to Implement RCEP: Ministry of Commerce

China is ready to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and is able to ensure the fulfillment of the agreement when it takes effect on Jan. 1, 2022, a spokeswoman with the Ministry of Commerce said on Thursday.
