CeraPhi Energy has joined some of the world's largest brands in signing the Climate Pledge, a commitment to achieve net-zero carbon by 2040.
UK-based deep geothermal delivery specialist CeraPhi Energy has joined more than 300 of the world’s largest brands in signing the Climate Pledge, a commitment to delivering net-zero carbon by 2040.
“CeraPhi’s signing of the Climate Pledge not only firmly demonstrates our commitment to reducing carbon emissions through our business proposition of providing the cleanest, carbon free, cheapest and most efficient 24/7 base load energy through geothermal, but also our passion and commitment as individuals to achieving net-zero carbon by 2040.” said CeraPhi Founder and CEO Karl Farrow.
In May 2022, CeraPhi Energy was awarded with a study that aims to repurpose offshore oil and gas wells to generate geothermal energy using the company’s proprietary closed loop system. We also previously reported on a partnership between CeraPhi Energy and CCV to develop scalable production of green hydrogen using baseload geothermal power.
