HIDCL will take a 46% stake in the Tamor project whilst Power China will get 54% stake. For the Madikhola Project, HIDCL will take 26% whilst Power China will take 74%.

Previously, three companies had been shortlisted for the project, but only HIDCL-Power China had submitted a proposal to develop the Tamor project.
