Chinese manufacturer Zhejiang Windey has signed an agreement with Serbia’s Fintel Energija, a unit of Italy’s Fintel Energia Group, for the delivery, assembly and maintenance of wind turbines for the 854 MW Mastrale Ring wind farm, Fintel said on Wednesday.
Windey was contracted to supply 112 wind turbines of 7.7 MW each for the project at Subotica, Fintel reported.
The agreement also includes a ten-year service and maintenance contract.
In January, Fintel signed a similar agreement with Windey for the delivery, assembly and maintenance of wind farm projects with a total capacity of 110 MW in Serbia.
Windey is a state-owned company that provides customized wind power solutions for global customers, primarily focusing on the research and design, operation and maintenance of wind turbines.
