The Bavarian company could be valued at 1.35 to 1.8 billion euros, which is three to four times its expected 2023 sales of 450 million euros ($482.36 million), Handelsblatt cited several people familiar with the matter as saying.
Shell paid around 500 million euros for the company when it bought it four years ago.
