This follows up the initiative of Zorlu Energy to convert the Alasehir Geothermal Power Plant in the Manisa Province into a hybrid power plant with the addition of a a solar power plant with a peak power of 3.75 MWp. This was the first hybrid power plant commissioned by Zorlu Energy.
Information on the planned projects via announcements and documents made available publicly. In the announcement, the review and evaluation commission meeting dates of were stated and the EIA Reports were published. Accordingly, information about the project and meeting dates are as follows:
“The EIA Report prepared regarding the Alasehir Geothermal Power Plant Auxiliary Source Phase-2 Solar Power Plant (14,695 MWm/14,695 MWp/12 MWe/17,06 ha) project has been submitted to our Ministry within the scope of Article 11 of the EIA Regulation and has been reviewed and evaluated. The meeting regarding the project will be held on 06/11/2023.”
“The EIA Report prepared regarding the Kizildere-III Geothermal Power Plant Additional Auxiliary Source Phase-2 Solar Power Plant (36,708 MWm/36,708 MWp/30,475 MWe/78 ha) project within the borders of Buharkent (Cubukdagi) district of Ayd?n province has been submitted to our Ministry. The review and evaluation process has started. A meeting regarding the project will be held on 17/11/2023.”
“The EIA Report prepared regarding the Kizildere-III Geothermal Power Plant Additional Auxiliary Source Phase-2 Solar Power Plant (36,708 MWm/36,708 MWp/30,475 MWe/78 ha) project, planned to be built by Zorlu Enerji within the borders of Sarayköy district of Denizli province, has been submitted to our Ministry. The review and evaluation process has started. A meeting regarding the project will be held on 17/11/2023.”
