The given agreement was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers and Japanese company Muroosystems Corporation.
The hydropower plants will be constructed in Kemin district of Chui region.
The investor will finance investment project, construction, launch and operation of two small hydropower plants on the Chon-Kemin River. Some $28 million will be attracted for the first phase of the investment project.
