The governor of the Andijan region, Shukhrat Abdurahmonov, met with Sergey Kudryashov, the CEO of Zarubezhneft JSC, at the company's head office in Moscow, Kun.uz reported.
During the meeting, a memorandum was signed on construction of a solar panel power plant with a total capacity of 100 megawatts valued at $100 million in Andijan region.
Additionally, the governor of the Andijan region held negotiations with the leadership of the Special Energy branch enterprise of the Rosatom state corporation and Zarubezhneft JSC and signed a tripartite contract to implement a $100 million project on household waste recycling and electricity production.
