Under the agreement, the two supply chain companies will deliver the floaters through a synergistic approach with SK ecoplant transporting and installing the floating foundations manufactured by SK oceanplant.

SK oceanplant is currently building a new production facility specialised in offshore wind structures in Goseong, Gangwon Province, which is planned to be completed by the end of 2026. The new production base, measuring 1.57 million square meters, will have the capacity to produce both jacket and floating foundations, as well as offshore substations.
