Brazilian state-run oil giant Petrobras (PETR4.SA), opens new tab raised jet fuel prices to distributors by an average 3.2% starting Monday, it said in a statement.
According to Petrobras, the hike was equivalent to some 0.12 real ($0.0215) per liter. So far in 2024, however, jet fuel prices are still down 5.8%, the company added.
Petrobras makes monthly tweaks to its jet fuel prices based on factors including oil prices and exchange rates.
