Peru Firm to Invest $350 Million in Southern Solar Power Plant

Peruvian firm Energia Renovable La Joya plans to invest $350 million in a solar power plant project in the south of the country, the nation's energy and mines ministry said on Monday.

Executives at the company met with the energy and mines minister, during which they laid out their investment plans in the plant which is set to have a capacity for 385 megawatts of energy, the ministry said on X.
