The agreement was signed by Liz Burdock, CEO of Oceantic Network, and Ernst Visser, Managing Director at Navingo, at the 17th edition of OEEC in Amsterdam.
“It was probably over a decade ago, when we were a small startup in the United States, that I approached Navingo as one of the premier media organizations in Europe talking about offshore wind, looking to get the word out about what was happening in the offshore wind industry. It was important to me that we partner up because I knew that it would lead to better awareness and more knowledge about what was happening in the US”, said Liz Burdock.
“It’s really been fundamental to not just my organization’s growth, but to the growth of the industry. Navingo, OEEC and Navingo’s media sites have helped us educate the supply chain about all the opportunities that exist in the United States and we couldn’t be more pleased to continue this relationship.”

The aim of the renewed partnership is to build a stronger bond between the Dutch and the US offshore energy communities.
“The partnership with Oceantic Network is also an important relationship for Navingo. We also have a big offshore wind base here and we need partnerships in order to expand on a global basis because the problems the industry is facing are a global thing and you cannot keep to yourself. If we work together, we can easily spread the knowledge within the offshore energy industry to make the progress we need”, said Ernst Visser.
“I am happy we are continuing our partnership with Oceantic Network that started a decade ago and we will continue looking to how we can contribute to the industry now and in the future.”
The 2025 International Partnering Forum (IPF) will take place from 28 April to 1 May 2025, at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and OEEC 2025 will be held on 25 and 26 November 2025 in RAI Amsterdam.
