CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of global private markets manager CVC, has announced the sale of its Cerro Grande and Peralta wind farm projects in Uruguay to Pluspetrol. The portfolio, consisting of 72 Enercon E-92 turbines, has an installed capacity of 169 MW.
Cerro Grande is a 52 MW operational wind farm project acquired by DIF Infrastructure V (DIF V) in 2019. Peralta, a 118 MW operational wind farm, was acquired by DIF Infrastructure VI (DIF VI) in 2021.
