Jaideep Mazumdar, secretary (East) in the MEA, said there is already some work going on regarding a possible green hydrogen corridor between India and Singapore.
“Along the eastern part of India, one in from Tuticorin and the other that is being identified is from Paradeep in Odisha,” he said.
Singapore-based Sembcorp and the Government of Odisha recently signed an agreement related to this. The deal includes exploring the development of a green hydrogen production facility in the state.
