Mr. Lei also noted that the day marked the official start of deliveries for this vibrant color option.
This achievement comes in less than a year since Xiaomi EV began vehicle deliveries, underscoring the strong market reception for the brand's first vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7. The mid-to-large-size sedan officially hit the market on March 28, 2024, priced between 215,900 yuan and 299,900 yuan.
On February 27, 2025, Xiaomi introduced the high-performance SU7 Ultra, available in two versions: a standard edition priced at 529,900 yuan and a Nürburgring Limited Edition at 814,900 yuan.
Notably, despite its premium pricing, the SU7 Ultra saw overwhelming demand upon release, with pre-orders surpassing 6,900 units within 10 minutes upon its market launch and exceeding 10,000 units in just two hours—hitting the full-year sales target Xiaomi EV set for the model in record time. The high demand has extended delivery timelines into 2025.
In response to the surge in orders, Lei Jun recently stated that Xiaomi EV is ramping up production capacity and has made significant progress. As a result, the company has raised its 2025 delivery target to 350,000 units.
